Purchased the gift for my son. It brought tears to his eyes as he read it upon opening the packaging. The print is too small for my liking, but then again, it is a normal size ID Tag. Not much could be done for that. Overall, we loved it but especially loved the message inscribed. It was most definitely a great gift. Thank you Incandescent Jewelers!

I haven't given it as a gift to my son but will at Christmas and I'm sure he'll love it. I wanted to personalize it but I wasn't sure how many lines I'd be allowed to express what I wanted to say and I didn't think it would come in time for Christmas but arrived in two days. It was a gift for my son from his dad. He loved it. The only issue we had was it took almost a month for the tag to be delivered but other than that we like the tag.

The quality of the piece is pretty good. Only had it for a couple of days. It took over a month to get but it finally came in. The communication could be better. If you say on your website 3-5 days to ship and 7-10 days to receive you should stick to that. But overall satisfied with the piece, my son loved it.
